Brazil’s Own Metaphysical Mama: “Mama Esoterica”

I love to travel the world. And since discovering Law of Attraction I have attracted many great trips into my life. I am always amazed by the way the universe lines up people who are on the same vibrational plane as me. On a recent trip to Brazil I was amazed at how mainstream metaphysical beliefs are in that country.
Last November I met a fellow Metaphysical Mama, Maria Cecile Azambuja. Ceci (pronounced Sessi) has had a very eventful life. She used to produce a a TV program in Brazil called “Mysteries” which was about supernaturoccurances including the paranormal, ufos, ghosts, and many other metaphysical subjects. She also took seven years of witchcraft classes!

During the years Ceci produced “Mysteries” she came into contact with many fascinating stories and people. On one of her expeditions she encountered a reincarnated priestess from the submerged city of Atlantis. In order for the girl to remain pure for her initiation ritual into full potential of power, she wasn’t allowed any contact with the outside world. She believed that the airplanes that flew overhead were birds. Her best friends were forest gnomes, who she said visited her all the time.
Besides producing the TV show Ceci also took seven years of witchcraft classes, where she made many friends for life. The class was called witchcraft because they met in a remote place and learned how to do magic, dressed in special clothing while performing rituals. Ceci says the class was actually an esoteric initiation or an esoteric metaphysics course. The students covered a range of subjects, including religion, spirituality, paranormal, and magic. They learned about old and present day life mysteries. Ceci said that learning about those mysteries helps us to understand our own life and how you live it.

The first year of esoteric metaphysics classes was the most profound for Ceci. She witnessed amazing things. At first she was scared, but eventually became comfortable with her supernatural experiences. It was in this year that she discovered her own personal initiation symbol which is the yin yang, or tao symbol. This symbol represents balance in life, which is also very similar to her sun sign, Libra.

Throughout her seven years of classes, Ceci said she often witnessed strange beings or animals in what she calls the astral dimension. Her intuition, premonitions, and prophetic dreams became very heightened during that period. She learned how to make simple and complicated spells and potions. She learned to work with and respect the astral dimension. She said that although she believes that many of those things she learned have the power to change our experience, she does not use them for her personal life. Ceci believes in not interfering with life’s natural flow.

Today Ceci works as a TV producer for a Brazilian educational channel. But she still keeps her esoteric side very active; she has her own blog about esoteric agenda www.agendaesoterica.blogspot.com, and is married to Brazil’s most famous ufologist, Marco Antonio Petit www.marcoantoniopetit.blogspot.com. Together, they are raising their darling son Fernando. Ceci loves being a mom to her fun-loving boy who is still too young to find out about his parents’ exciting adventures.
From all of her fascinating experiences, Ceci discovered that the most important lesson she learned was about herself. She now believes that the real magic of life is in the living of it.
