My mis­sion is to help you use EFT (Emo­tional Free­dom Tech­nique) and spir­i­tual coun­sel­ing to do all of these things, to rec­og­nize the rad­i­cally glo­ri­ous being that you are, and to parter with you on the jour­ney of lov­ing your­self uncon­di­tion­ally.  Since our outer worlds are reflec­tions of our inner real­i­ties, my goal is to sup­port you in cre­at­ing a fan­tas­tic inner reality!

Twenty years ago I excelled in self-judgment.  Today I know that the most impor­tant thing that I can do for myself, my fam­ily and truly, our planet, it to gen­uinely LOVE myself!  I want to help you feel uplifted and truly in love with your­self too.

EFT is a PRACTICAL, down-to-earth, solu­tion anchored in the phys­i­cal realm of real life.  I’m mar­ried and am rais­ing two daugh­ters, ages 10 and 3.  If those rela­tion­ships don’t call for prac­ti­cal solu­tions, I don’t know what does!

In our ses­sions, you’ll use EFT to tap into your own inner wis­dom to cut through any mental-chatter and get to the core of who you truly are — a beau­ti­ful, gor­geous, divine being hav­ing one wild ride on your Earthly roadtrip.

I’m a third gen­er­a­tion meta­physi­cian and have grown up inte­grat­ing spir­i­tu­al­ity and every­day life.  I was trained at the world-renown Uni­ver­sity of Santa Mon­ica where I earned my Master’s Degree in Spiritual/Counseling Psy­chol­ogy, with addi­tional study in Soul-Centered Leadership.

EFT can be for as many or as few ses­sions as you desire.  Some­times we can tap through an issue a ses­sion or two, or some­times ongo­ing, heart­felt sup­port is the path that fits best.
