We have found very effec­tive tools that we love to use - morn­ing and night­time guided med­i­ta­tions.  We like ours short and to the point.  Every mom has five min­utes in the AM and PM and we find these really help set the tone for the day and for mov­ing into a rest­ful, restora­tive sleep at night.  It’s like a daily vac­u­um­ing of the soul.

We have found that com­mit­ting to a 21 day process reaps the most ben­e­fit.  There is power in com­mit­ment but don’t let it stress you out.  If you miss a morn­ing, just catch up the next day.  But be sure to be hon­est with your­self about why you missed.  Is this a pat­tern that you reg­u­larly see?  Most of us have uncon­scious pat­terns that emerge, so watch your­self closely.  See what sur­faces for you.  And always keep in mind, that how we are with our­selves through an issue, is the issue!  Treat your­self kindly, lov­ingly and under­stand­ingly.  If you find a pat­tern sur­face, for­give any self-judgments and move for­ward.  It may be ben­e­fi­cial for you to start back over at day one until you can suc­cess­fully keep your word to your­self and com­plete a full 21 days — or maybe not.  Only you can know where you are in the process.  Above all, enjoy the process and tak­ing this time for your­self.  You are worth it!
